Can we upload videos or embed videos? Can we upload PDFs to cards (content items)? How can I embed audio file? How much storage do we have for media files? What can we embed in cards (content items)?

You can embed audio files through HTML editor. You can get its iframe HTML code from the platform you use for your audio files. For instance, if you want embed your podcast which is hosted on Spotify, click on the action menu of it and get the code from "Embed Episode".
